In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. 16th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. She is such a wonderful lady and explained things to us clearly even if she knows that we are just initially planning to rent. Will definitely go back once we're ready to make a move!

He didn't " hound"" us once over the time it took to sort out the problems & was very reassuring & helpful throughout the long process. Personally I don't have any further reason for Polegate in my life going forward, but would highly recommend Archers Estate Agents to anyone who does!

For various reasons, it was quite an elongated process but Suzie was calm, efficient and persistent throughout. Communication was always first-rate and especially valuable in the long, post-offer period. Bay Tree are genuine experts on the local market and therefore well placed to offer sound advice, accurate valuations and to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise. So, I am a genuinely satisfied customer and very happy to recommend Bay Tree.

Was worried about the process of renting through an agent but it was a breeze. They were so so helpful and got me into a new property in around 3 weeks :) they have totally changed my view on renting through agent now. Becky was an absolute superstar making the process so easy and straightforward.
