Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. 16th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. I havnt come across an agent as determined as Joe before and iv been in the industry 10+ years. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent who struggled to generate viewings, we brought Jake in to market our property. The difference was noticeable straight away. He and Aiden consistently arranged qualified viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, Jake and Aiden continued to work incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with what was at times a challenging set of buyers and helping to keep the transaction moving forward. Their communication, professionalism and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. Jake is proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and the wider team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

4th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)This the second time in two years I have worked with Bay Tree on a sale (previously a probate property, this time my own) and they were again excellent. For various reasons, it was quite an elongated process but Suzie was calm, efficient and persistent throughout. Communication was always first-rate and especially valuable in the long, post-offer period. Bay Tree are genuine experts on the local market and therefore well placed to offer sound advice, accurate valuations and to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise. So, I am a genuinely satisfied customer and very happy to recommend Bay Tree.
