Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Communication was exceptional; he always kept us updated, promptly returned our calls, and answered our questions. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Glyn-Jones made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond by keeping the chain moving smoothly. During and incredibly difficult time in my life Suzie made the whole process of moving house as stress free as humanly possible! Very knowledgeable, particularly of the local area. Great communication through the whole journey, especially as we were first time buyers. Fantastic customer service and support.<br>Can’t recommend highly enough

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I have just sold my flat thanks very much to Tailor James and particularly Simon Lemcke. The flat had been on the marker for several months before the buyer came along. The buyer was particularly difficult but with Simon's help and dedication a contract was reached. He was easily contactable and did his utmost to reach a satisfactory deal with the buyer and myself. Without him this would probably not have happened.

The best around and would not think twice about using them again in the future.
