When mum sadly passed away last year we unfortunately had to sell our family home of over 50 years and it was a no brainer for us it was always going to be wheeler's who we where going to intrust with our house. I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

If you're looking to rent a flat in Hove, I can’t recommend Belvoir Letting Agents enough – they truly offer a first-class service!

On top of this, they take no accountability for issues they are meant to deal with during tenancy. They also enter your rental property sometimes without telling you in advance, which is an illegal practice. Overall the worst rental place Ive dealt with so far as a student

Josh was very efficient and always on hand to support us with clarifying any questions we had along the way. His communication and support made the whole process much smoother. 7th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Have been meaning to write this review for about a year...Hanover Homes and Ian were so above and beyond throughout our home purchase. Really easy to deal with and everything ran really smooth. Always felt looked after and nothing we asked or needed was a problem. Thanks so much for being so helpful and making the final process of our move so smooth. On another note next door to us is now up for sale with these guys and they are really attentive to keeping the property looking nice etc so if you're looking to sell ive seen first hand that they are great at that too! Deffo recommend this local agents :)

They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

They kept us up to date with any information along the way; big or small and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We feel like we have known them for years! If we were ever to sell the house we just purchased (in many years to come!), we would definitely use them again. Thank you all!

There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill.
