22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

They did not do so and consequently I missed out on the property due to their poor communication.- 19th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I was moving from Brighton to Newhaven and the process was complicated, owing to hiccups along the chain which were out of our control. I had a wonderful agent handling our sale in Brighton, whom I trusted one hundred percent, and I was anxious that the agent handling the Newhaven house might perhaps prove to be untrustworthy. But I had no need to worry. From the outset Blaiz, Shirley and Garry proved themselves to be honest and proactive without any sense of 'hard sell'. In addition, they were always pleasant and helpful in their dealings with me. As matters developed, Garry was remarkable in progressing my purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending the Peacehavn office one hundred percent. Thanks for everything.
7th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.

We arranged a viewing that same week and knew that it was the one for us.<br><br>They were incredibly accommodating with our viewing times and always happy to answer any questions we had.
