Kate was amazing - kind, personable, professional, reliable and across all the detail. She was on top of the whole chain and pushed it all through, and was alway at the end of the phone to help. So grateful to her and the team. Would definitely recommend Wheelers if you're looking for an estate agent.

Marc has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that things have gone smoothly. Communication is great and they have kept me informed throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area has been really helpful. I'm hoping never to move again, but would recommend David and Co to anyone doing so!

Susan Mills has been fantastic at keeping everyone well informed during the process and helping to push things along smoothly. I can’t fault her professionalism and would highly recommend Hamptons.

We didn't have an estate agent due to ours being a private sale but she generously acted in our interest at all times, to the extent that when we finally met I was compelled to hug her in gratitude. 22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

7th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)When we recently sold mum’s house in Uckfield, we received five star service from Oakfield Estate Agents, in particular from Connor, John and Jade. Communication was exceptional. Even when it was clear that Connor was on annual leave, he was still available to ensure everything went smoothly! This was a difficult time for us as a family and everyone at Oakfield were very understanding and sensitive to our circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend Oakfield to anyone selling their house.- 11th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)Karen & Connor are both excellent, Karen is extremely knowledgeable and experienced . Connor is very approachable and showed our property fully during viewings . The comms from both are excellent , we loved the fact we were getting initial feedback after viewing with further feedback once they had followed up with the viewers . This takes the frustration of waiting for feedback away. Karen contacted us on her day off to start negotiating our offer . Which was both unexpected and very appreciated. We are now under off and dealing with colleagues of Karen & Connor and so far service is continuing to be great .
