30th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Brices acted as the letting agent during my time as a tenant over a period of 5 years in the same flat. Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and genuine letting agents. Thank you Louise.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Superb service during our house purchase. We have mainly dealt with Mike, who is a true credit to an industry that often comes under criticism. He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

22nd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

Broke the bad image that estate agents can sometimes get by being honest with me about not having loads of viewings, and not forcing me into purchasing a property that wasn’t right for me. Special shout out to Joel who my mum and I agreed was a breath of fresh air, very informative and had terrific integrity. It is a shame I an not purchasing a property with this agent, as everyone was super! Thank you, highly recommended.- 11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We genuinely cannot sing Cameron’s (Haywards Heath branch) praises highly enough. He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Time and time again, he stood up for us, supported us and did everything he possibly could to keep things progressing. We always felt that he was firmly in our corner.<br><br>After what has felt like an incredibly long road, we have FINALLY exchanged, and we are so grateful to Cameron for everything he did to help get us here. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.
21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

He stayed in touch with me during the sale process and kept me well informed. During the viewing he was very knowledgeable of the house I was buying. Thank you Fred!

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We bought our house in 2021 through Nicola Bowler at Foresters and her attention and support was excellent at that time. When our circumstances changed in April 2026 and we were selling the house it was a "no brainer" who we would ask to act for us in the sale . Yet again Nicola and all her team were amazing, and she very quickly achieved a sale for us. She guided the whole process very carefully, and when the property we were proposing to buy hit complications, she and Toby very quickly arranged a rental property for us so that our sale could complete. We would give 6 Gold Stars if we could!
