7th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .
8th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

We had a lot of questions for being first time renters and he was more then happy to answer every single one. Very professional and friendly, definitely recommend him if you’re looking to rent soon. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He has got us exactly what we wanted both times. The whole team are excellent and willing to help you ??????

22nd Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

They have always resolved tenancy and maintenance issues in a prompt and thorough manner, with good, open communication. I have felt very well supported. A 5 star service all round!

Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. Overall, we found the viewing to be smooth, informative, and genuinely excellent- 12th May 2025 (1 year ago)When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one .
