Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

They were always in contact with me and worked very hard to achieve my sale at the price I needed. It was a pretty difficult and complicated process, but Adam helped us through it all in such a lovely way. He always made us feel comfortable, and by the end of it, honestly, he felt more like a friend than our estate agent. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us and couldn’t recommend him & his team highly enough.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Market conditions were not particularly easy, but the team identified a buyer and worked hard to ensure that timely progress was made.<br>Joel is very professional and efficient and manages the team well, ensuring that everything stays on track. The team is also very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled the viewings well for us, consulted us regularly and kept us well-informed.<br>And a special mention must go to Karen, an experienced estate agent who has recently joined the team. Joel specifically asked her to prioritise progress-chasing for us when unexpected delays at the buyers' solicitors threatened to slow things down and she was absolutely excellent, chasing in an unfailingly courteous but terrier-like way. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill- 9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I just wanted to share my recent experience with this firm. We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns! No doubt we will keep in touch we just wanted to use this platform as it’s known Estate agents get a lot of negative press!! Thanks again Steve ????????????
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’m currently mid sale with Fox and Sons, Lewes Road, having had zero viewing with a previous agent. The change was seamless and viewings were instant, initially led by Aaron who is amazing. An unexpected, sizeable hiccup happened last week Friday - and my buyer dropped out. Shayla was fantastic. She communicated immediately, took initiative and contacted previously interested parties. My property was ‘re-sold’ within 3 calendar days: by midday Monday. What could have been a significant loss, both in terms of time, energy and financially, has turned into a success. I cannot fault Shayla for her communication and support; I would recommend (and have!) her and the agents to anyone who asks. Thank you especially to Shayla and Aaron!
