    I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day!     The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.... Read more

    Andy was spot on with his valuation and approach to marketing the property. His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price.     I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning.
