It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

She was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and only showed me properties that actually matched my needs—no time wasted. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Georgina was always on hand to answer questions, explain things clearly, and keep everything moving smoothly. The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Even though the market is tough in London at the moment, they provided good advice and worked hard to sell my flat. The agent I dealt with, Gemma, was fantastic on all aspects! She was persistent, communicated throughout, negotiated as much as she could, and even got involved with the council and the buyer’s lawyer to move things along. I would recommend her in a heartbeat !
22nd Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

Communication was clear and he always kept me updated. I appreciate the effort in helping me secure the property and would definitely recommend them.

Everyone we met from the top down was friendly and professional so we were able to step back and leave things in their hands with confidence. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.

After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Although I was purchasing a property not selling, they assisted me with any and all requests I had, including questions I had for my solicitor. As a first time buyer they massively helped me understand the process and no question was a silly question. They were amazing! Namely Lisa and Anisa but the whole team are great and so so eager to help. Great experience!
