Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

And what can I say, no regrets at all. Organised the photographer and estimation and was on Rightmove within 72 hours of asking. Jed and Phil, great agents to work with. Let's be real buying and selling a house is never straightforward BUT they kept my wife and I calm throughout the process and explained things we didn't know and just made things happen. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Coopers were originally one of the agents we considered when selling our property, but in the end we chose one of their competitors. At the time, our perception was that while David was very charming and persuasive, was he being overly confident...? Unfortunately, things did not go to plan with the our original agent. After 10 months, our property still remained unsold. During that time, David kept in touch with us consistently and, candidly, we had more regular contact from him checking on our progress than we did from the agent we had actually appointed. After 10 months, we decided to switch to Coopers — and just 11 days later, David delivered on his promises with a buyer secured at the asking price. With David and his team helping facilitate the resolution of the final outstanding queries, this week we successfully completed. A huge thank you to David and the entire Coopers team for their diligence, support, professionalism, and effectiveness throughout the process.
