We recently had a slightly unsettled handover when our previous property manager left, but our new property manager, James Mander, has been absolutely fantastic always quick to help and resolving any issues as soon as possible.

I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the entire process. After touring many properties in London and dealing with pushy or unscrupulous agents, Daniel was a relief to deal with. We toured a fantastic property with him, and not once did we feel pressured or tricked. He was honest about issues and open to working with us and the seller to reach agreement. After offer, he made himself available for guidance on the process and ensured that things went smoothly. Highly recommend working with TK!

I was looked after very well by Tegan, who is very professional and thorough. She went to great lengths to arrange a viewing for the original apartment, which had already gone by the time I was available. Tegan then went above and beyond to curate a suitable alternative and arranged a viewing on the same day. This was an even better apartment, which I signed up to straight after visiting. All the paperwork was made as easy as possible l and I am looking forward to moving in. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

1st Apr 2026 (4 days ago)A 5 star experience. Highly professional, friendly service by the whole team at Greg James. The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.
10th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

The buying process was not easy there were a lot of complications however there communication and help during the process ( I was a 1st time buyer) was fantastic, I think without their help and support we would’ve pulled out but they hung in there with us and stayed patient.
