Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

3rd Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Robert Cooper highly enough. This is now the third property I have sold through them over the years, and every single experience has been excellent. Their professionalism, communication and commitment have always been first class. A special thank you to Clarke and especially Sherry, who was my Sales Progressor. This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding. Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. Their support made a genuinely stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you to Clarke, Sherry and the whole team at Robert Cooper for another fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued. Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.
