Everyone knows house selling and buying is stressful but we felt fully supported by the Hamptons team. With special mentions to Paul and Ella who managed a few hurdles for us at the very end of the process, got it all over the line and kept our sanity in tact!

21st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)If you ever looking to buy or sell , you wont find a better agent, they are the best I have ever dealt with, they go out of their way to make you happy and every thing goes smooth, they look after you from start to finish..we were only buying from them but made sure they kept you informed of any changes and chased up solicitors to make sure they were doing there job and had all the info they needed.... I know agents get a bad reputation, but Jackie Quinn are cut above the rest by a mile...., they get a 5Stars from me...would definitely use them again to buy and sell..

Cia was professional, extremely kind and was able to show us properties that fit our requirements without wasting time on those which did not. She was always available and we value the relationship we made with her. Would not hesitate to recommend working with Cia.

Had a good experience with the service received (particularly with Siobhan) in finding good tenants and with follow-ups. Definitely recommend them.

30th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had a really bad experience with Dockland Real Estate and honestly wouldn’t recommend them. When I moved out of my room, they tried to unfairly deduct money from my deposit. One of the main issues was council tax, there were two of us living in the property on separate contracts, and even the council confirmed we shouldn’t be individually charged in that setup. Despite this, the agency still tried to take it from my deposit. They also attempted to charge a cleaning fee even though I left the place clean. When I asked for proof or a receipt, they couldn’t provide anything. I ended up taking the case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which took a few months, but in the end I got all of my money back. That says a lot. What made things worse is that afterwards, when I needed a reference for a new place, they either refused to provide one or gave a negative impression, which affected me when trying to rent again. Overall, I found them very unfair and unprofessional. Just be careful if you’re considering renting through them make sure everything is documented and don’t hesitate to challenge anything that doesn’t feel right.

11th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a positive experience working with Winkworth Maida Vale. They were professional, approachable and easy to deal with. What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies. Communication was clear and consistent and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They were supportive rather than pushy.
