28th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I recently viewed a flat and submitted an offer over the weekend. On Monday, I received the details for the holding deposit. Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.

I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
5th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

25th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

7th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)From the moment I met Michael Webster I just knew they were the right agents for me. I was impressed with his obvious experience, his manner & demeanor and the fact it was a family run business, also, he was open to a slight negotiation on the sales commision.
2nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)We let a property for 2 years via Reve. Nothing but positive things to say about it Sheng who was our main contact. Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
