I had a very bad experience with Fixtons Ealing. The property viewings took place in a hurry. Even in the office when I placed my offer, my booked estate agent had to leave for a different meeting. I paid a holding deposit, didn’t receive the answer from the landlord for weeks (although I was told it will happen within one week) and now I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. The estate agent doesn’t answer and doesn’t care! I am thinking about taking legal advice!!!

I had contact with Martin from Foxtons Wimbledon, and he was simply amazing. Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent. Look no further and ask for Martin's contact at Foxtons Wimbledon if you're looking for first-class service and are perhaps in a rush to find the next property that will suit you. Cannot recommend Foxtons (Putney) enough. Within a week of instructing, they had found a buyer for my flat. Mohamed and Gareth were brilliant throughout the sale - they were quick to respond, professional and helped speed up conveyancing process by liaising with solicitors. Thank you so much for your help - I wish I had used Foxtons from the outset.

By far the worst experience with any estate agent I have ever had. When the short term tenancy is over they sent repeated lies about sending the full deposit back. On 3 occasions they said it was sent but they had not sent it. Left a review on trust pilot and they said they would get back to me but they haven't. Emailed and called countless times. Moved out August 18th and still no sign of a deposit return.
If you rent from Foxtons just consider your deposit part of the rent because you will not see it again.
Look into my rental case for SW112LT if you are reading this Foxtons.

I would just like to say how professional and helpful Samantha Wilson at Foxtons Blackheath has been throughout our home purchase. Despite the complications of us making our purchase remotely from Cyprus we were kept well informed at all stages and she has gone out of her way to help us out and to smooth the whole process.
