Valued the property and nearly achieved the asking price. Had many existing clients ready to view my property. Cost slightly more than other estate agents but valued the property higher and sold it for more than others valuation.

I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Jack has been an excellent letting agent for me as a tenant. I’ve had a lot of problems with agents not willing to help me. Jack has done his upmost to find me a suitable place and has kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I’ve had promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack and Langford Russell again if needed. Highly recommend over any other local agents. As a single mum the process of renting has been difficult but thankfully with the help of this agent and agency it’s been smooth. Thank you ????????????

Estate agents can sometimes have a bad reputation but honestly my experience of purchasing our house through John Payne in Blackheath and Karen Hedges in particular has been brilliant. From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We were with Max from the locksbottom branch today at 2 properties and he was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, upfront and really knowledgeable about the properties.<br>He laid everything out for us, he communicated really well and made it such an enjoyable experience.

We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

I recently sold my flat through Langford Russell and would highly recommend them. It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward.
