Nellie from Acorn came to value the property and she was very thorough. She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

Bought my first flat through Acorn in Peckham. Joe Reeves, Sophie Pooley and Brandon Williams were the people I dealt with most and were all superb. In fact given the miserable time I way having with my conveyancing solicitor safe to say they helped keep the wheels on the transaction. 10/10

My process was pretty smooth overall. There was only one hiccup, but it was quickly sorted out. As a first-time landlord, I needed all the information and guidance I could get, and the support was really helpful.
I’m glad I chose Acorn, especially since there were other options available. What really drew me to them was Damian's straightforward and honest approach, which is something everyone appreciates. As soon as our property was on the market, he had a suitable tenant ready and waiting. The process was so quick.
