Acorn staff have been exceptional. They promised to sell my house in a heart beat and they stood by their word! Not just the sale but a good deal too. I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend them! They're professional, kind and patient. They attended to all queries in a timely manner and they made me feel important ?????? I would give 10 stars if I had a way.

William provided an excellent service throughout my purchase. He was always professional, friendly and incredibly responsive, replying to emails and messages very quickly and answering all of my questions clearly. He kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>I particularly appreciated how proactive he was in helping the transaction progress. He regularly chased the seller's solicitor and other parties involved to help ensure we completed on time, which I really appreciated. His communication, efficiency and willingness to help made a big difference throughout the process.<br>It was a pleasure working with William, and I would highly recommend him and the John Payne team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
