I have had my sale agreed for a week now and I must say Jacqueline Bissett has been amazing so far. From organising the viewing promptly, to general responsiveness and assistance through this initial process which involves a lot of back and forth and additional bookings with surveyor, myself etc. The onboarding process and questionnaire was easy to navigate and respond to too.
Looking forward to completing and moving into my dream home :-)

Romi was fantastic! A flat became available that exactly matched what my wife and I were looking for, and Romi contacted us right away to get us in for a viewing. We made an offer the same day, and she guided us through the process with the landlady, then helped us get everything arranged to move in. Very unprofessional conduct from John Payne Estate Agents. As estate agents they should know the regulations, including that only one board per building is allowed and boards should be removed within 14 days after a sale under the Town and Country Planning Regulations.
Multiple boards were left outside our building at 41 Wellington Street (SE18) for over a year. Two boards had previously fallen and could have seriously injured someone if a pedestrian had been walking there at the time. One has since been removed, but several boards remain fixed along the fence and two more are lying in the landscaping.
This level of negligence is concerning and does not inspire trust in the professionalism of this agent. The issue will be reported to the Royal Borough of Greenwich council.
