I had an excellent experience working with Kinga as my mortgage advisor. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, supportive, and cooperative throughout our entire mortgage journey.

Alanna was amazing at advising on mortgages and insurance. She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months.
I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.

Can’t thank the team enough at Allen and Harris. Meis and Aishah went over and beyond in every way. Great communication and were very accommodating especially as the purchase of our new house wasn’t a smooth one due to personal circumstances but they team there worked with us through every step and help get us our dream home. I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and these guys are the best around. Thank you guys so much. You’ve made our family dream come true.

I recently purchased a house through Allen & Harris in Highworth. Whilst the process was not straight forward, due to my purchase involving the seller's part exchange, I found Chris and Molly at Allen & Harris to be extremely helpful and professional at all times.

I wasn’t even going to bother leaving such a weak establishment a review but further communication with this company has led me to believe I should warn anyone who tries to get involved with this company.
Do NOT ever get involved with these incompetent fools, especially the so called ‘property manager’ Riley who is constantly ‘on leave’ and never in the office no matter what time of day you call. When we did receive a reply, we were met with useless responses. One being advising us to put slug pellets on the floor despite us having a young child of whom slug pellets can be fatal to.
This company is a disgrace, they choose to represent dishonest landlords who have no problem renting out a flat with a damp and slug infestation problem. We had no hot water for two weeks, a faulty rotting front door that couldn’t be opened on multiple occasions, insufficient waste disposal systems where the landlord didn’t want to pay £25 for a new bin despite rubbish consistently being cast out onto the pavement.
We had to threaten to take legal action against the landlord and the estate agents, we were lucky to be able to get out of the tenancy but had to pay £950 for relisting fees! The property was then relet within the week still having the slug and damp problem and they decided to up the rent even higher despite Allen & Harris having all of this information. They are failing their duty of care and obligations. A total shambles of a company with employees lacking brain cells and MORALS.
Nearly a year after I have moved out of this property, I have received an email stating how they have received complaints about bin storage and waste being on the street. The same problem we told Allen and Harris about a year ago, that surprise is happening to another tenant. She states in the email how our tenancy will be reviewed etc despite us no longer living there, what a joke of a company who don’t even know who is living where. They represent stingey landlords and are a completely useless agency.
Pictures attached to show what a travesty this company are and the reality behind the listings. For a company that is operating within an expensive area, you would expect the service to be on par, perhaps you need to move your base to Easton.

Cant leave zero stars but have to say the staff really leave a lot to be desired quite rude and disrespectful, especially Katie.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

We would absolutely recommend Shirley from Allen and Harris as a mortgage broker. She is diligent, a problem-solver and hard working. She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley!
We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.
