Carrieanne at Allen and Harris made selling our house a genuinely smooth experience. She was professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout the process, and she handled everything with real care and diligence. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to sell.

Drove a three hour round trip to see a plot of land with the agent, we couldn’t actually access the land, or even see over the fence. Complete waste of time.<br><br>The build cost quoted on the listing then doubled from £175k, to £350k.<br><br>All in, they’re asking £645k without accounting for any fees to produce a house, that will be worth circa £570k.

Maisie was my first point of contact when enquiring about a property to let, from our first call she was extremely professional. I met Maisie at the house viewing and she is such a warm friendly person, who answered all my questions with ease. I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.

Cant leave zero stars but have to say the staff really leave a lot to be desired quite rude and disrespectful, especially Katie.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

We would absolutely recommend Shirley from Allen and Harris as a mortgage broker. She is diligent, a problem-solver and hard working. She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley!
We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.
