I had a couple of viewings , both bungalows with gardens - both what you would call DIYers dreams . Connie the Sales Manager accompanied me and I have to say she is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of being shown around by ! She was immensely professional but had a wonderful soft touch - quiet and patient but reassuring and well informed . I almost put in offers there and then because of her care.

Sales team are very friendly and really personable when you can get hold of them. Unfortunately, it's a very popular estate agents and I find it can take about a week of calling to get hold of someone for a quick chat. I hope I've just been unlucky and things improve soon, but am looking to change estate agents soon I think. It's a shame, because the team are really lovely.

I’ve had more than one experience with this estate agency, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are always responsive, happy to answer any questions, and a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, punctual, honest, and reliable, and they always deliver on their promises. It’s reassuring to deal with a team you can trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency. Excellent service every time!

Very happy with the service I’ve received throughout the process of searching for a flat. As a first time renter we had many queries which were answered promptly and to great detail. Dylan was especially helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Zero complaints from me. From start to finish I felt in good hands. My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.

Cant leave zero stars but have to say the staff really leave a lot to be desired quite rude and disrespectful, especially Katie.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

We would absolutely recommend Shirley from Allen and Harris as a mortgage broker. She is diligent, a problem-solver and hard working. She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley!
We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.
