Finding a flat in Bath can be a challenge, but Allen and Harris have made this process as easy as possible! Adelaide is amazing, she's very responsive and pleased to help us out with any queries we have! Would recommend to anyone looking for a flat in Bath, including students too!

For some agents, selling houses is just a job... But if you're really lucky you may cross paths with Michelle at the Chippenham office, who very generously gave up her lunch break to show us a fabulous house during our very limited time in the area for house viewings. Michelle gave us exceptional service and I hope Allen & Harris appreciate such a valuable member of staff.

Very good estate agents!
I recently bought our new home from Allen and Harris estate agents in Wells and found them to be very helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Ollie and Daisy were always responsive to my queries and requests and helped move the sale process along with good communication between parties, so even though I know they were engaged by the seller, I still felt my purchase was in good hands from their side. They even gave me a treat box of tea and discount vouchers on completion, which came in very handy for a brew on moving day and for buying my new fridge freezer with the bonus of £30 off! Such a nice gesture from Allen and Harris, what's not to like! A very good experience of buying a home from them. 5*
