Drove a three hour round trip to see a plot of land with the agent, we couldn’t actually access the land, or even see over the fence. Complete waste of time.<br><br>The build cost quoted on the listing then doubled from £175k, to £350k.<br><br>All in, they’re asking £645k without accounting for any fees to produce a house, that will be worth circa £570k.

?????<br><br>Me and my partner are really happy with our new home. Our one-bedroom flat is so cosy and feels just right for us. The landlord and the agents, Briony and Sulayman, were honestly great throughout the whole process. They communicated with us really well, always kept us updated and made sure we received all the documents we needed on time, which made moving in so much easier and stress-free.<br><br>We also love the area! There are so many convenient shops nearby with pretty much everything we need, so we don’t have to travel far at all. Overall, we’ve had such a lovely experience and are really happy with our new home. ??
