Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation.
Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

We had a very good experience working with Reuben and the team. It was a slow start but following their suggestion to relaunch after Christmas, it was very quick. The team were efficient and helpful throughout.

Chloe and Andrew there agents have been very helpful and patient in explaining everything and doing all the checks for the property. We have a sale and purchase that were virtually on the edge of falling through. Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours.
Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated.

As part of our recent move, we met with Rory Stimpson, Mortgage Advisor at Connells, to run through our mortgage options, and had a great experience—even though we did not use Connells estate agents to sell our property. He was always punctual, easy to speak to, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
Rory clearly explained all the facts, including the benefits and cons of our remortgage, so we felt fully informed at every stage. He was also great at providing clear recommendations, and we never felt pressured—just supported throughout.
