I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Although we were eventually unable to complete our purchase, Paul at Longwell Green was excellent throughout. It was great to deal with someone who was friendly, open, knowledgeable and helpful at every point. When we were looking at the property he was patient and showed a genuine interest. I would thoroughly recommend Connells for their professionalism and communication.
