I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

Exceptional experience with Nikki and Siman from day one! They have treated us like family, ensuring we have everything we need and providing such a smooth process for our new home.
