Paula Mema was fantastic throughout my recent move to Islington. She's very proactive — at the start that felt a little pushy, but that's exactly what you want from a letting agent when you're trying to secure a flat, and she was always quick to reply and explained everything clearly: deposit, standing order, key collection. The whole process felt smooth and personal, including a lovely handwritten card when I moved in. If you're renting through Foxtons, ask for Paula. Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend Foxtons in Pinner to anyone looking to rent a property. I had a really positive experience, and the whole process of securing the property I’m now renting was so easy and smooth from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Ciara, who was amazing throughout the process. She was always friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions I had. She made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, kept me informed and was genuinely helpful every step of the way.<br><br>It really makes a difference having someone so helpful and supportive when going through the process of finding and securing a home.<br><br>I’m really grateful for all of Ciara’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the Foxtons Pinner team. Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company. My 13 months dealing with them were stressful, disappointing and completely unacceptable.
