I have recently had my flat sold by the KFH West Putney Office and I cannot say enough how impressed I had been by the professionalism, efficiency and consideration of Sally Playfoot and her whole team. Throughout all the viewings, the team kept me informed and gave me regular feedback, which was quite assuring. Once offer was accepted, Sally was always there to keep everyone on track and at speed: our solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the freeholder's solicitor, the management company, the freeholder, the buyer and of course myself included. That's a lot of chasing, and I deeply admire her tremendous energy, enthusiasm and professionalism! She is my go-to agent from now on and I would strongly recommend Sally and her team to anyone who is considering selling or buying without any reservation!

Kevin and his team were very helpful. Kevin in particular was very responsive - he arranged a viewing on the same day we called which was amazing. He then negotiated the agreement in an efficient manner and even called us after we have moved in to make sure things are fine. Highly recommended if you want an agent who would go the extra mile!

I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

My husband and I moved from Turkey for his new job in London. Finding a home is a process that we thought would be so daunting and scary but it was executed flawlessly and with ample help by our lovely letting agent, Rukshana. She went above and beyond for us and found solutions to problems that we thought would hinder us from securing a flat as newcomers to the country. Not to mention, she was always so prompt with calls, email replies, and worked efficiently between us and the landlord. There were never any question marks in our heads because we knew we were in good hands with Rukshana and KFH. Amazing service and I'll recommend her to anyone looking for a flat in London.
