We had an amazing experience with Knight Frank - from launching the house at a competitive price to completing it was around 2 months in total which suited our needs for our onward purchase to be as speedy as possible! We started our contact through Lewin at KF who then set up Nick and Anna as our agents. They were both superb and great at communication. Fantastic service from beginning to end. We had an offer on our property within an hour of the first viewing (no exaggeration!), and the whole process was managed seamlessly from start to end.

Sasan moves fast and knows how to find the deals you want. He’s proactive, resourceful, and finds a way to get things done. That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure.
My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal.
Overall, a strong operator I’d recommend.

Anna at Knight Frank is an absolute pleasure to work with, honest, efficient, straightforward and knowledgeable about her patch in SW6….and very much ‘ proactive and on the case’ .I’ve been working in the industry acquiring for clients for 20 years plus and deal with hundreds of selling agents and they are definitely NOT all equal. All of these are essential qualities, that should be a given, but often aren’t, in other agencies that shall remain nameless! I really would recommend her to anyone asking.

We’ve just sold a 3 bed penthouse at 500 Chiswick Road. Lewin initially got us hooked in with proactive advice, which got us listing with KF exclusively. Fabienne took over and partnered with us for almost 18 months. Without her help, the sale wouldn’t have happened. Fabienne is a rare find and the whole package: if you were to list your ideal agent, you’d find Fabienne ticks all the boxes. Having spent yrs headhunting talent, I can assert with confidence that she’s got it. Values, humour (and did we need it!), she’s indefatigable, with razor sharp intelligence, she’s thorough, responsible for forging through sizeable roadblocks…I could go on forever. If we ever sell our family home, it wouldn’t occur to us to look elsewhere. In a congested market, she’s head and shoulders above the rest I've ever met.

We really enjoyed working with Sarah - she is always there to answer questions and she is such an expert on the area and process. She managed to make a stressful process smoother and accommodated many viewings and consultations with experts for some remediation work. Her can do attitude was brilliant.
