I am so pleased I chose Knight Frank in Stow on the Wold to help sell our home. I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience.
