Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

I recently purchased my first property from William H Brown Crystal Peaks and had a great experience from start to finish. The end to end process was only 12 weeks from us viewing the house to completing and moving in!
A special mention to Erin who dealt with us right from the beginning and made sure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. She was always very responsive and helpful and not to mention extremely polite and kind!
I would definitely recommend William H Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service.
Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster.
April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally.
June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional.
When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me.
To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

We cannot thank Laura Phillipson enough for her perseverance, patience and persistence working through a very challenging and protracted sales process to finally bring it to a successful conclusion after 6 months, against odds tbat at times seemed insurmountable. Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom.
