? 1/5<br>Very disappointing experience.<br>A few years ago, I was due to rent a property in Ely through William H Brown. Everything had been arranged and I had already given notice on my previous home. On the very day I was supposed to collect the keys, I was told that the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>I had organised everything around the move and was left in an extremely difficult situation, with the real possibility of having nowhere to live. I still remember the stress this caused me and my family.<br><br>I understand that landlords can change their minds, but I expected the agency to make sure everything was secure before allowing me to give notice and prepare to move. Years later, I still remember how badly this was handled. Based on my experience, I would not use them again.

Very disappointing experience with the mortgage advisor.<br>Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service or guidance I received. I felt the advice provided was very limited, and there were not enough lender options presented to properly compare the market.<br>The prices and rates offered also seemed high compared with what I was able to find by speaking to other mortgage companies. I expected a mortgage advisor to provide a wider range of options, explain the differences clearly, and help find a competitive deal, but I did not feel this was the case.<br>After comparing the options with other companies, I found significantly more choice and better alternatives elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of guidance, the limited lender options, and the prices available. Based on my experience, I would recommend shopping around and getting quotes from several mortgage advisors before making a decision.

From the very beginning of our house purchase Libby has been absolutely brilliant — incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout what has been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a house purchase!<br><br>Libby has gone above and beyond to keep us informed, answer all our questions and help us navigate the ups and downs of the process. She has always made us feel like she genuinely cares about helping us find the right home for our family, rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>We also wanted to say a big thank you to David, who has been absolutely fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to the mortgage side of things. If you need someone who knows their numbers, David is definitely your man!<br><br>My husband works awkward shifts as a paramedic, so we naturally thought it might be difficult to arrange appointments, but David was incredibly flexible and more than happy to work around our schedule and go an extra mile. He made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful, and we really appreciated how approachable and supportive he was throughout.<br><br>Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but having Libby and David in our corner has made such a difference!They have both been professional, honest, approachable and genuinely kind.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything they have done for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you both so much! I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley
