I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. We had a really positive experience with Libby throughout our house-buying journey. A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown Yaxley, and particularly Paul, for the excellent service throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From our very first conversation, Paul took the time to understand what was important to me and tailored his approach accordingly, rather than simply offering a standard service. Managing the sale from overseas added some complexity, but Paul made it incredibly straightforward, regularly keeping me updated, providing useful market feedback and often responding well outside normal working hours to accommodate the significant time difference.<br><br>What stood out most was how proactive and personally involved he was throughout. We recently sold our house through William H Brown, to our very first viewing. They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Friendly and helpful people, who couldn't have done more to help. My initial experience with WHB was not great. My name was used incorrectly on an email and document. I also had a viewing, but no one turned up. I contacted WHB and was told that they did know that the viewing was cancelled, but forget to communicate this to me. My overall experience was ok.
