I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Within a week of having the property on the market, I found a tenant.<br><br>The process was smooth and I was kept well informed all through. I had a truly wonderful experience with William H Brown and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new home.<br>They helped me find a house very quickly and were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their assistance with all the paperwork, emails, keys, and other important details. As I am not very familiar with using websites and online systems, I sometimes found the process a little difficult to manage on my own. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and guided me through everything step by step. She was always patient, kind, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do.<br>Sara was also very helpful and supportive with my case, although Paige was the person who guided me throughout most of the process. Both ladies were extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance.<br>I am very grateful for all their help and support. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and kindness.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend William H Brown. We decided to switch estate agents to William H. Brown in Wakefield after receiving very few viewings with our previous agent, and it turned out to be the right decision! Our very first viewing resulted in an offer, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the sale later fell through, through no fault of the agents, but thankfully we managed to get things back on track and secure another buyer. We did eventually agree to a reduced price to help achieve a quicker sale, as by that point we were more than ready to move!<br>We mainly dealt with Amy and Annette, both of whom were incredibly helpful, supportive and understanding throughout the process. When our first sale fell through, I must admit I went to pieces a little (or perhaps a lot!). We were quite far along in the process, had sold most of our belongings and packed up much of the rest, so the thought of starting all over again was overwhelming. Amy and Annette were very understanding and reassuring during what was a particularly stressful time.<br>I did feel that I was chasing for updates occasionally, although, in fairness, this was probably more down to my own eagerness to get everything moving than anything else. Once you've mentally moved house, packed half your life into boxes and are desperate to get out of there, patience isn't exactly your strongest virtue!<br>Overall, we were very happy with the service and would happily recommend Amy, Annette and the team at William H. Brown in Wakefield. I'm not planning on selling again anytime soon (once was enough for my nerves!), but I will be turning to them to help us find our next property. Hopefully, they'll be just as good at helping us buy our new home as they were at helping us sell our old one! Thank you team
