Special thanks to karolina, Miranda, collin,Layla, sam, kirsty and entire team who made it possible all the viewings on short notice, squeezing me in between the lunch time, advicing and working for me and not focusing on selling product by working within my means, hnderstand my need. You cant go wrong with the team as a first time buyer my journey was made smooth and effortless and no worries 100% recommend for all your housing needs and peace of mind

I used William H Brown to sell my home 2026.
I was very impressed with the service they provided. Daniel dealt with the initial stages of the sale. I found him very helpful, communicative, friendly and very professional, with the assistance of Finley they both provided a service that was exceptional. In addition to this, David the branch manager was also amazing. All together the service we received during what can be a very stressful time, made the whole process much more bearable, and relatively stress free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
5 stars to William H Brown St Albans, and 10 out of 10 for Daniel and David.

As a first time buyer,I had a lot of questions. Every questions was answered in depth be Ethan, one of their mortgage advisor. So, I understood every step and was put at ease. Extremely professional, friendly and efficient by the manager and her staff.

We worked with Ambica for our mortgage application and had a great experience. She handled everything quickly and got our approval faster than we expected. Absolute shambles ...... I was desperate to view a property , phoned up 3 times over a week , each time getting no response , no call no text no email , in that time, someone came in a viewed the property also took he property . The one time they did answer i was told there was no interest in this property, so because of what only seems as laziness , in any response, I mist any opportunity...... Would not recommend this branch what so ever

Anne has been an absolute life saver for us . She has been very professional and supportive from the first call I had with her. Going above and beyond in every way and proving that getting a mortgage is not as difficult as I thought it would be. Absolutely disgusting, rude staff. The moment something doesn't go there way, they lose there customer service voice and talk to the other person like crap. I would avoid at all costs.
