Both Ryan Jenkins and Steve Allardyce were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with right from when we first viewed the property. They showed us around clearly, answered every question we had about the house and tenancy, and gave us all the details we needed to decide confidently to rent it. Ambica has been amazing helping us with our mortgage. Our sale has been slow and we’ve been all over the place looking at different property values and she was more than willing to help with quotes at short notice.<br>Once things started moving Ambica was on the ball and very attentive to the application with the vendors.<br>Would Highly recommend her services for those looking for a mortgage.

We used William H Brown to sell our house, and from the very beginning the whole team was fantastic. Sam was especially helpful throughout the process. There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance.

After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

We have recently sold our house and was incredibly lucky to meet Jayne from W H Brown at the Newland Avenue branch in Hull. Jayne is very professional, kind, and easy to speak too. She helped and guided us every step of the way from start to finish as she was so conscientious. On some occasions we spoke to Amber, the manager who also gave good advice and was understanding with her warm approach. It was great to have a peace of mind knowing that you are being well looked after at this branch.

As a landlord, my wife and I decided that with the complications of new landlord tenancy acts coming into force perhaps now is the time to consider appointing an agent. Being wary, we decided to provide a single property with Wm H Brown. We met with their representative Ms Lily Telford. It would be an understatement to say that we were impressed with Lily’s ability knowledge energy and keenness to serve and to help us. Miss Telford did exactly what she promised us…..she let the Property at a good rental within 48 hours we were astonished. We then came into contact with other members of Lily Telford‘s team, each one of them a clone of her professionalism and keenness to help and to serve us. This has proven to be a very good move for us and I highly recommend any Property owner with a single or multiple Properties…..you will not find a better letting agent than Ms Lily Telford and her team at Wm H Brown.
