I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Anne is an absolute credit to the WHBrown team and has been a fabulous addition to my home buying team. As a first time buyer with very little knowledge, Anne ensured I felt guided and supported at all times, making sure I fully understood my options, what everything meant and doing everything in her power to get me the best mortgage deal and rates. She has also communicated with my solicitors and estate agents on my behalf taking away a massive burden. Most importantly, she’s always been at the other end of the phone when I’ve needed her.<br>Super professional, extremely lovely and very efficient- the time from having my first meeting, a DIP and a mortgage offer was 10 days! Worth every penny! ??
