We live outside the UK, but Oakmans managed to gain access to the property and show potential buyers around with no fuss. Their valuation proved to be more accurate and optimistic than other agents that we tried, so we ended up with a good offer. Their fee was also the best that we were offered.

18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)They did not sell my property. The only reason that I have put a sold date in is that the GetAgent system does not allow me to proceed unless a date is put in. My experience with Maguire Jackson is that although they were highly recommended by Get Agent and they came back with an valuation which I thought was reasonable (ie it was not the highest valuation I received) they did not manage to sell the property in possibly one of the most busiest periods in property sales for the last 10 years. Initially they were very hands on and I had lots of contact however when it didn't sell in the first few weeks it was almost as if they lost interest. I had several calls chasing them and they agreed to do a "once a week" update, however again after the couple of weeks that too stopped. If your property initially generates a lot of interest and there are offers then I guess they may well be competent agency, however if it requires them to put some effort into selling it then I would recommend looking around

12th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We were very fortunate to have found Davidsons Estate Agents last year and we hired them to rent out our property in Birmingham City Centre after which I engaged them to sell the property. The property manager Johnathan Smith has done an excellent job less than 2 months we have a buyer and are happy with the price he has achieved. I would highly recommend both the rental and sales aspects of their business Sean Boyle. BEM.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!- 1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

19th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Overall our experience with Martin and Co. was adequate. The market is obviously difficult at the moment so we decided to come off the market after 2 months. Martin and co. were quick to respond to emails but we didn’t provide a lot of feedback on viewings. They were no sale no fee so fine in terms of value for money.

6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Scammers they told me they will give me contract and after 6 months they told me to move out from the property without any notice. At eh end is harassing an woman with two kids and asking for money. There is an Indian agent named Gurdip Singh racist. Harassing a woman with emails after 1 year. Do not ever believe this racist person. And also she asked them to provide with rent receipts but refused to do it . The woman ended up on the streets due to the situation.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
