From the viewing all the way through so quick at responding to emails/calls/queries. So kind and polite bur most of all patient, making it a lot easier for me as I’m a really anxious person. I’ve booked a viewing appointment from last week for today and I called them in the morning to get a confirmation for the viewing at 3pm and I got a day off from work because of viewing. They said everything is alright and you can go to the property at 3pm and call us to help you get in. After 50 minutes driving to arrive there I called them and they said all the appointments for this property viewing changed to Friday and they haven’t sent anything about this even they gave me a confirmation in the morning. Completely waisting time ————— 05/07/25 Due to my bad experience with this agency on 01/07/2025 and their cancellation of my viewing without prior notice when I was at the property, their manager kindly offered me another viewing to take place on Saturday 05/07/2025. However, I showed up at the property and no one was there. I called them and they said the viewing has been cancelled. AGAIN WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE. This is a waste of my time and energy, driving 50 minutes to view the property and finding out that it’s been cancelled AGAIN. This is very disappointing and disrespectful. This agency has no understanding of customer’s time importance. They don’t value their customers.

He had strong knowledge of the local market and gave us insights of local renting. He made the process of applying to rent quick, easy and stress-free - We would highly recommend John at Connells.

Looking for your first home can be quite daunting but she definitely makes it that little bit better.

They gave me effective suggestions to choose the tenant, and kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process. Based on my experience in terms of collaborating with them for the last 7 years, I will recommend this agency to any other new landlords.
1st Jun 2025 (6 weeks ago)Horrible experience throughout tenancy, I read other reviews to the effect that they will rip your whole deposit and that is certainly what they are doing. Highly not recommended and I have rented up and down the country for years due to the nature of my work. Steer well clear.

They were very helpful and always available to answer any questions I had, and walked me through all issues such as where to report any repairs/issues. 28th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)I paid a £2,500 reservation fee for a commercial unit in May, but the contract pack wasn’t provided until November — and by March, key documents were still missing. Communication was poor throughout, and when I raised structural concerns and asked to negotiate, the seller showed no flexibility. I eventually withdrew, having lost time and money. The agent ignored my formal complaint entirely and refused to refund any of the reservation fee, despite delays being outside my control. I would advise other buyers to be very cautious — this process was unfair, unbalanced, and handled with little regard for basic standards of service

They went out of their way to let us view a property even though we hadn't booked anything. We happened to walk past a property where an agent happend to be doing a viewing and when we expressed interest he went above and beyond to show us around. Great team made it very comfortable for us

For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional. Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
3rd Jul 2025 (7 days ago)The adverts you get is promising. 10-16% return. It is very attractive. As a business one should know it is too good to be true. The model is they convert auctioned property bought at a very cheap price tag, convert it to a exempt accommodation by changing the structure and add rooms. It would be leased to a social housing company on long term. The property will be sold to you on an inflated price tag by at least a £100k with a promise of high return. Of course one year later the social housing company introduced by the OPA goes in to administration for not paying their rent. OPA would say not their fault. They have asked a hefty fees for the whole transaction and you do not meet these social housing providers or you don't get multiple options. Also when the social housing provider went to administration there was no help offered. So £100k down the drain and still don't have possession of our own property, I am writing this feedback to warn anyone who is looking to purchase via them. Hope it is helpful.
