11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Oakmans were very helpful in guiding us throughout our experience despite the market slowing down at the time of our sale. As the agent was not from our area I felt their knowledge and experience of the area was slightly limited. The after sales team (especially Harj) once the sale had been agreed was excellent in guiding and chasing the solicitors to complete.

22nd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service. Viewed a property with these guys after giving an offer I was told I will be contacted via post. Two weeks went past but didn’t receive anything, so I decided to call the office. After speaking to agent I was told that the house is under offer. I don’t understand why I wasn’t informed of this as initially instructed. I believe something isn’t right with these guys and vendors don’t get to see all the offers on the table from buyers. Avoid

30th Sep 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely the worst letting agency i have ever rented from, and I have rented consistently and frequently. They only care about the comfort of their landlords and the profits. They seem all nice and wholesome at first and they portray themselves to be a “family run business” until you actually need them. Have advised all my friends and family to avoid them at all costs.

13th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)***AVOID Cowboy Estate Agents, AVOID*** The agent Jamie came around 10 mins late (no excuse for being late!), and then told us the fees are fixed at 1%, which we find hard to believe, and was a blantant lie. Then after an instruction, didn’t bother to follow up with any communication. If you didn’t want the business, because it’s small fish compared to luxury properties you are selling in Harborne, then just say that and not mess us around. Also like to constantly harass you with unsolicited phone calls when you are not interest, so be warned if they get your phone number. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go with these dishonest wheeler dealer salesmen.

When we wanted to make changes, such as altering the photographs or changing the price, these were actioned promptly and efficiently. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Taylors.
28th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Mark the Branch manager had been brilliant whilst I have been a tenant under Dixons!! He is professional, prompt with dealing with issues and always friendly ! Dixons as a whole have been brilliant in helping run my tenancy. I can’t rate them enough!!

23rd Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Requested via Rightmove to view a property for sale with Shipways.Agreed they could also value my home. Received 4 calls from 4 people who had no recollection of the previous call. Hagley branch insinuated it was my fault for contacting Kidderminster branch. Argumentative, unprofessional approach. The lady who was coming to value my home called to ask what my plans were, how strange when she could have asked me during her valuation 2 hours later. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment as I wouldn’t trust them to sell it.

It was a difficult period in my life going through a painful separation and divorce, and she was one of the supporting cogs, in me getting my ducks in a row. Thank you Hunters and Abi Daly, for the outstanding customer service, and out of the box thinking. Can't thank them all enough, and would recommend them to anyone, looking for tailored customer service and support.

3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)On the whole Oakmans were very good. Paddy in particular always kept me informed of how the sale was going. He was very polite and knowledgeable of how to sell a property. My only negative is that they should advertise the properties on the outside of their high street shops. People passing estate agents often look in the window to see what's available. they might improve the amount of trade they get.
