7th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.
1st Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.

She went above and beyond, I can't express how excellent she is at her job, I would highly recommend if anyone would like there house to be sold, once again fran thank you very very much ???? ???? x
2nd Apr 2025 (18 days ago)Lee Kloos showed me round the property in Fernhill Heath. She gave me time to have a good look and to think over my decision. Having put in an offer she was prompt and efficient dealing with the process at every turn. Second viewings, measuring up and sorting various questions was all dealt with as I requested. Lee has been very accommodating, helpful and delightful throughout, even after the sale/purchase was completed she has been happily available to deal with some queries. I heartily recommend her for her excellent service and professionalism.
