26th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)Right where do I start I would give no Stars if I could I live in a property of there's for 4 years never missed a payment always on time but when I was asking for jobs to be done like mold in my bedroom bathroom and sons room it take them 2 years to even sort and only did the bathroom when I asked about other work we ended up been asking to leave the property that the landlady wants her property back just found out that they kick us out to just put rent up by 200 pm this was a lot of stress for us as my girlfriend was pregnant at the time I'll leave pictures of the mold I just find this wrong

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

2nd May 2024 (25 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. When we wanted to make changes, such as altering the photographs or changing the price, these were actioned promptly and efficiently. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Taylors.

It was a difficult period in my life going through a painful separation and divorce, and she was one of the supporting cogs, in me getting my ducks in a row. 20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Phoned up about a property that had just put onto there listing a lady answered stating the landlord hadn't given in the keys as yet so she asked me for my details and she would be intouch with me within 24 hours so I waited I phoned for an update after the 24 hours I spoke to gent who I thought was quite rude yesterday ive phoned up today regarding the property only to find out they have booked people already and only for Monday yet I did say I can come on the weekend which she did tell me in the first call so I did not find this Professional at all and the customer service needs attention will not bother with this company anymore.

3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)On the whole Oakmans were very good. Paddy in particular always kept me informed of how the sale was going. He was very polite and knowledgeable of how to sell a property. My only negative is that they should advertise the properties on the outside of their high street shops. People passing estate agents often look in the window to see what's available. they might improve the amount of trade they get.
