Throughout our journey with her from initial viewing to completion we found her to be very approachable and helpful and she could not have done more to facilitate a highly satisfactory conclusion for both ourselves and we believe also our sellers. On the rare occasions when Tash herself was not available, Jeremy was always on hand to ensure an informed and seamless experience.

It was a really easy process with them, Sarah was always helpful and truely excited for us to buy our first home. The day before our move-in, our original landlord unexpectedly withdrew from the agreement, leaving us in a difficult spot. The team at Hamptons went above and beyond to secure us an alternative flat quickly and seamlessly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our situation made all the difference, and we were able to move with minimal disruption. If you're looking for a team that truly puts their clients first, we highly recommend Hamptons in Bath. We’re very grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome - our new flat is amazing!

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

30th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We dealt with Justin and his team between May and October this year when we were selling our house in Combe Down, whilst living near Barnstaple. During this time we found them to be invariably friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, courteous, readily contactable - i.e. they did not hide behind telephone answering machines or automatic email replies, which can be so frustrating, as well as being honest and trustworthy. We would recommend them.

We sold within 11 days which is excellent in these times. They turned up when they said they would and gave us feedback.

Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
