We talked a lot about some amazing new build projects in Frome and Cooper & Tanner's involvement in marketing those. He was helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

They know the properties being sold and this shows during viewings. We are dealing with Ella and can honestly say that nothing seems too much of a bother for her. Has a lovely manner and always responds quickly with information when asked and always provides updates.

25th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Sold our house with Kingstons, working with Ben H. Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

But after about two weeks started to suggest that we should drop the valuation that they had placed on our property even with them only providing two viewings in that period. Advertising was not that good. We stayed with them for eight weeks but only received another six viewings in that time. Over all that time communication was getting less and less. We told them we were thinking of putting a second vendor on, and that's when we herd nothing from them for weeks. Not the service that we were expecting from them

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough.
