15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)My partner and I have just brought our first house through Cooper & Tanner, Frome Brand. Henry and his team were excellent and very helpful
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ella is a joy to deal with. She is very professional and extremely polite. She is always happy and available to answer any queries we have. She is definitely a true asset to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Ella and Davies and Davies in the future.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We have had many dealings with Myddelton and Major over the last decade and have always been very happy with them. The recent sale of a commercial investment property went through with their usual excellent communication, professionalism and full support for us at every stage of the process. Many thanks to Simon Lee and his team.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I bought my house through Paxtons earlier this year in Bristol. I could not rate their service highly enough! Their side of the house purchase process went very smoothly, and were always available for a phone call if I felt something needed to be discussed. Everyone I met from Paxtons was very proactive, helpful, and personable.
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Ben, Sue and Nicole have been brilliant. Kingston sold our house and kept us informed throughout the whole sales process.

Highly Recommend Kingston.
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Demitri has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been highly efficient, reliable, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. His professionalism and prompt communication have made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable service. We will certainly be returning to him for our next property purchase! Susi & Ruth
24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Cobb Farr have been excellent. They are good communicators and are very thorough. If there’s ever an issue with the property, it gets fixed very quickly. Joanne is amazing.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)First-time renter, Hamptons were incredibly kind and patient with us as we went through the process! In particular, Rio was so incredibly helpful and patient with us as we were sorting referencing and really helped us move quick for our tenancy date!
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)thanks so much. brilliant staff and a lovely cup of tea
Just fingers crossed now it all goes through
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I had a couple of viewings , both bungalows with gardens - both what you would call DIYers dreams . Connie the Sales Manager accompanied me and I have to say she is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of being shown around by ! She was immensely professional but had a wonderful soft touch - quiet and patient but reassuring and well informed . I almost put in offers there and then because of her care.
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)In 3 months Connells gave confusing information about viewings, went weeks without a single viewing, claimed the house was not competitive with similar properties, feedback from viewers had to be dragged out of them never offered. Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dan at Boatwrights went the extra mile ... in fact hundred miles ...on our difficult and drawn out sale - no fault of Boatwrights. We were selling our deceased Aunt's house and were not familiar with the area - both my sister and I live in other parts of the country. The past year would have been even more distressing without Dan and his colleague Maisy helping us with many aspects of the property - going beyond the actual sale. We thoroughly recommend and are extremely grateful.
17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Selling our house via Boatwrights was amazingly quick and painless. Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Outstanding buying experience. Great viewings, lots of information and context on the property and area. They then proactively managed the process really smoothly and made the whole thing as easy as it can be. Would definitely use them again if I was ever to move.
20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Ben went above and beyond in helping to position, market and ultimately sell my house. He had a great network and a real understanding of the market. It wasn’t a straightforward process, as it rarely is, but Ben’s communication was fantastic, and he was always willing to go the extra mile.

I’d definitely recommend speaking to Ben if you want to minimise the stress of an inherently stressful process!

Thanks, Ben!
Strutt & Parker - South West Estates & Farm Agency - Exeter
24 Southernhay West,Exeter, EX1 1PR(163 reviews)
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Oliver Chandler estate agents recently sold my property. Jamie and the other team members were so friendly, approachable and very professional. They are definitely one of the best agents I have ever dealt with over many years.
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Sharon, Lewis, and the entire team really went above and beyond to help us with our rental, going out of their way to help us during what has been a very difficult and challenging time with a family emergency. We are ALL very, very appreciative. Highly (highly) recommend!

12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I feel so fortunate to have been supported by the wonderful Debbie. Both friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was kept fully communicated with, throughout the process which has resulted in a speedy and seamless house purchase.
I am extremely happy and highly recommend Weldons estate agents.
20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Calm accurate advice , very knowledgable about both the local market and area price trends . Matthew and the whole Savills TEAM in Bath take a loan of stress off the sellers shoulders , and can recommend efficient lawyers . Thanks . N
1st Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Emma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.

She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.

We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. My wife and in?laws are so grateful for everything she did.

Thank you, Emma from Maria & Lee Parsons.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Brad worked hard to generate interest in our individual property. He kept us well informed and liaised well with the buyers and solicitors to progress the sale. He was always quick to respond to any queries.
20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Paterson Estates have been helpful and communicative with providing guidance and advice when selling our property. Listed on the Thursday and offer in and sold on the Friday, we are pleased to have found the right buyer for our house.
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
