Unfortunately then we had to chase repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting promised a call back to no avail. Our sale eventually stumbled over the line but wish we’d sold with Paul Fenton who we bought from. They were much better throughout the whole process.

We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

8th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)DOMVS in Dorchester have just helped us to complete on my Mum's retirement flat, a difficult niche property market. They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! If you are thinking of selling your property, I cannot recommend DOMVS highly enough.

After a successful completion I can now express my upmost thanks to James, Tilly and the team. Their communication and help throughout the whole process was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them and when it came to the paperwork, they helped and made sure we had and did everything we needed. If you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further.

When the buyer had problems his advice proved invaluable and he soon smoothed over the potential sale collapse. I could not be happier.

After dealing with some very dubious clowns from another agency, I wouldn’t go anywhere else these days; Mayfair are excellent!

The service that we received was first rate with a good marketing strategy, excellent communication and drive to result in a successful outcome. Their portfolio consists of a good range of properties and we’re currently working with them to find our next home. We’d happily employ Orchards Estates to market future properties and recommend them to anyone looking sell, purchase or rent. Thank you again to all at Orchard Estate Agents.

No credit checks on residents and even had the landlord and his family move in with us for a few weeks while they were renovating the house without any warning. The landlord even verbally attacked me when confronted to which Martin and co did nothing about, instead the evicted me. Terrible experience all round

I am very pleased I did - Paul came round and walked me through their process, having never sold a house before I was not sure what to expect. He explained the process in detail and his expertise set my mind at rest, which the others had not. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for all their knowledge and help in getting me through process (solicitors are not the easiest beasts to deal with) and I am so pleased that they dealt with a majority of the chasing and endless nonsense that my buyers solicitors threw my way! If you want to feel like your house sale is as important to the estate agent as it is to you then you should get in contact with Paul and the team in Yeovil, I would definitely use them again if I was in Yeovil, I recommend them and EweMove.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
2nd Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)Kim at Edwards recently assisted me with a new tenancy agreement, which was slightly complex as it was timed in with a house purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable - so I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!

Kate was brilliant in negotiating a fair price and Sonia was a joy to deal with in arranging access for surveys etc. I then dealt with Charlotte from the progressions team who has a way of making you feel calm during such a stressful time. The whole team work together so well and certainly deliver that personal touch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
