2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Our first buyers dropped out just before exchange and we had to start from scratch . Once the property went straight back up the team went full out to secure us another sale . Louise was hugely experienced in bringing the sale to exchange and managed expectations across all parties . Lily marketed our property beautifully . The brochure she produced was stunning and she kept us fully informed with feedback from viewings within 24 hrs . She took great care to inform prospective buyers within our price range and was energetic and proactive in securing viewings .

Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and took the time to answer any of our questions, would definitely recommend.

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

Seriously, Liane Hanks makes money from selling the most stripped back, dysfunctional houses in bath, exploiting placement students who are unable to visit with photos of different houses, and then selling it above average price on the basis we’re students. If you want to live in a house where none of the appliances work, creatures jump out from the uncovered floorboards, there’s hidden mould you weren’t told about but have to maintain, random men come into the house unannounced to ‘check stuff’ and then do nothing and you’ll be charged for broken furniture and marks that were there in the first place then use this agency. The worst bit is, if you go to the agency in person, they mostly all seem perfectly friendly but the minute you’ve bought a house and there’s a problem with it, they turn into some passive aggressive ‘it’s not our problem if the boiler doesn’t work’. Tenants look elsewhere, landlords you’re better off renting it straight
