From the very beginning, the communication was brilliant—clear, consistent, and always timely. We were kept fully informed at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. What really stood out was how well the team worked together. The coordination around viewings and general organisation was excellent, and it was obvious that everyone was aligned and working towards the same goal. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing everything was being handled so professionally. Honestly, we couldn’t fault them. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. I’d absolutely choose Kingston’s again if we ever needed to sell in the future. A fantastic experience all round—highly recommended.

Zero respect for me as a tenant - repeatedly sent workmen who let themselves into my home without notice or permission, despite asking them repeatedly not to do this - it's against the law! They don't care. Insist on inspections every 3 months, taking photos of my personal possessions, even after 3 years of model tenancy. Hassled me on the phone, calling over and over, despite asking them to email or text only as I work in an NHS setting and can't answer. I don't know if they're all extremely dim, don't communicate with one another or have very poor practices. Either way, I'd avoid as a renter and a landlord if you can. EDIT: Yes I'm talking about the Allen & Harris team, not the landlord.

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

5th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)The property was not sold and the agent was not pro-active, all throughout the advertising stage, there was a lack of communication, did not receive any feedback or appointments on a monthly or weekly update, didn't even let us know, when out of office to pass us on to others whilst on holiday.

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
