From start to finish, he was proactive, responsive and incredibly supportive — especially given how complex our chain was with a linked sale, company purchase and tight timelines. Tom kept things moving when others slowed down, communicated clearly at every stage and was always available to step in and unblock issues when needed. It genuinely felt like he was invested in getting the deal over the line, not just progressing it. What stood out most was his persistence and calm approach under pressure — nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he handled a pretty intense process with real professionalism. Would highly recommend Tom to anyone buying or selling — exactly the kind of agent you want in your corner when things get challenging.

13th May 2026 (9 days ago)WITHHOLDING RENT FROM A RECENTLY WIDOWED LANDLORD – DISGUSTING Absolutely appalled by Your Move Brighton The manager Dominique should be ashamed of how you have treated my recently widowed aunt after fobbing her off for weeks, they are now withholding rent money that belongs to her, Instead of supporting a vulnerable client during an incredibly difficult time, they are keeping her funds. We have been forced to hire a solicitor just to get the money she is legally owed. Completely heartless, zero communication, and utterly unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs

At one point I was promised a call back with information and they never got back to me. Every time I called they had no idea who I was and no record of my previous call (??). Eventually I found out rhe property was sold for a price I could afford denying me a home. Useless.
