14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We listed the flat twice with Phillips and Still, once in the winter with perhaps too high a price. There was little interest and we took it off the market and re-let it for a short tenancy. We relisted the property with them in the summer at a lower price, and an offer was received almost straight away. The agent was quite proactive and liaised very well with the buyers and ourselves. Towards completion the buyer showed some remorse, because of falling prices generally and wanted a £10,000 reduction in the price. Again, the agent was quite proactive and we settled on a £5000 price reduction with an expedited completion. The agent recommended a local conveyancer, but after a lot of internet searches we chose another local firm, Cunningtons, but we were disappointed with them, and probably should have followed the agent's recommendation. Overall we were quite satisfied with Phillips and Still, although we were disappointed with the quality of the photos on the website, which were taken before the new carpets were installed and before the professional cleaning was done. However, because we got an offer so quickly, there was no need to redo them

Kate was amazing - kind, personable, professional, reliable and across all the detail. She was on top of the whole chain and pushed it all through, and was alway at the end of the phone to help. So grateful to her and the team. Would definitely recommend Wheelers if you're looking for an estate agent.

David was incredibly helpful and responsive - he’s clearly an expert and it’s so nice to have someone calm, professional and friendly during what is (probably almost always) a bit of a stressful process. Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

I met with Joe, who came early, was chatty, welcoming, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable once. I was so suprised with the flat, with past experience with other agents they don’t meet the criteria, or aren’t the same as the description. However this flat was even better! Every detail they had mentioned on the description was exactly how the flat was. It was clean, homely, and i had nothing bad to say about it. It’s so nice to find an estate agents that also accept my situation! Some agents can be strict and don’t offer much for me, however HW have been so welcoming & lovely to me! I’d recommend them to everyone.

Thanks.- 16th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As a buyer with somewhat tricky solicitors to deal with, having Garry as a point of contact at Cubitt and West was a life saver. We were actually getting most of our updates from Garry and finally managed to get to exchange with his support and backing going between solicitors. If we were in a position to sell in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Cubitt and West again as I've seen what they do for their buyers. Whole team great from start to finish but Garry is a legend!

Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

Special thanks to Charlie who walked us through the process from start to finish.<br><br>As first time buyers there were lots of things we didn’t know but Charlie was always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. He kept us informed throughout the purchase, was quick to respond to emails and calls and helped make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br><br>We would highly recommend Robert Luff to anyone buying or selling a property and especially Charlie for his unbelievable service couldn't ask for anyone else be our agent!!<br><br>Thank you again for helping us buy our first home!

19th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)G whizz.<br>Well, I will try to be concise because it would be very easy to write heaps about how amazingly communicative, informative and supportive Georgia was through this process.<br>When someone is generally just an awesome person, coupled with being fab at the job, what could be stressful process ends up being super chilled and that was our experience. I can not speak or recommend Georgia and guys at n24 highly enough. Absolutely awesome start to finish. Thank you guys. Never change.
