20th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

13th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Dealing with Jodie was a nightmare. Her communication would completely break down when faced with the slightest inconvenience to her which led to our emails being ignored for up to 3 weeks on a number of occasions. When it came to getting our deposit back we found our attempts to contact ignored for nearly a month. (attached are photos of just two of the things we were accused of leaving dirty-luckily we had photos to prove otherwise!). It became apparent as we worked through our dispute that the check out letter was deliberately misleading to put them in a better bargaining position. If you do rent with Edwards, make sure you know your rights as a tenant because they backed down when we said we were willing to use the dispute service- clearly knew they were trying to get more from us than what would be considered acceptable. Our flat was dirty when we moved in and we were told that when a tenant moves out of a property they only clean the parts of the flat that they can charge the previous tenant for leaving dirty, the rest remains uncleaned! If you find you have to use Edwards photograph everything extensively when you move in and out to avoid being caught out. But if I had the choice, I would steer clear completely.
29th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Experience was very good with the offer received £20k (yes, £20k) above advertised price. I had 3 agents value property and all 3 were within £5k of each other. Back up team were great and I was kept informed of viewings at all times. Couldn't ask for any more. Property went to best offers after 7 views in under a week.

14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Represented a non-residemt landlord who felt the UK rules didn't apply to him, and then provided false testimony once I left to try and support the landlord's claim to my deposit which he had only put in a deposit scheme six months after I moved in. Also admitted on my viewing if he thought he could get away with charging prospective tenants for viewings he would. If you're a tenant looking for a property then I would avoid!
23rd Apr 2024 (9 days ago)I've only got good things to say about Jake at the Yatton Branch. Jake oversaw the purchase of our property in Backwell recently. He guided us through the process from start to finish and was particularly helpful in dealing with our solicitors when they were slow to respond to communication. High recommended and all round a great estate agent to deal with - many thanks.

27th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)I cannot find fault with any aspect of my experience with Blue Sky whilst selling my property. I had to sell the property due to my brother dying and Blue Sky were the only Estates Agents I had round to value the property who actually gave me the valuation and then left me to grieve, all the others were constantly bombarding me with phones calls, chasing to see if I was ready to sell. Blue Sky have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, constantly keeping me updated with everything that was happening and also guiding me on the areas of selling I didn't know. I would definately recommend Juliette, Sue, Nicola and the rest of the team to anyone

We were guided through the entire process, including last minute challenges, with professionalism and with a smile. Great company to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Cost very competitive. Plan to use Nexa for all our requirements in the future.
