Liam has a really good knowledge of properties in the area, he shared some great suggestions and gave us a lot to think about. He was extremely professional and came over as a very nice chap.

During a sales process that was full of complications with solicitors, the support Joe and team provided was a huge source of comfort. Not only was the listing process professional resulting in immediate offers but the communication thereafter was frequent and clear. I couldn't recommend them enough for their considered, personal service.

Went on a flat viewing with him the other night and he was so attentive and answered all my stupid questions and I kept him so much longer than intended so sorry about that matthew!! He was a really genuine nice guy though and was the only real estate agent I’ve met so far who I came away from feeling like he was a nice guy who wanted to help me! Big 10/10 thank you Matthew!

Karen kept us fully informed of what was happening in the chain and went over and above to try to keep the chain on track when there were complications. They are always very professional and helpful and deal with any issues promptly. As a landlord it is important to be able to trust that all details of lettings, especially the legal aspects, are being handled in your best interests. Parks staff are well informed but, importantly, friendly and cheerful.

2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

Chris was very friendly, professional, efficient, quick to reply, and patient with our nonsense. He made the very complicated process of buying a house much easier, ensured that both parties and their solicitors were communicating well, and troubleshot multiple first-time-buyer-knowing-nothing issues for us. We would definitely work with him again - but hopefully not for a while ;)

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear understanding of the local market made them stand out. While we loved our house, we knew it was a niche property and wouldn’t be easy to sell. It required strategic marketing and a highly organized team to attract the right buyers. Amazingly, the house sold in just 9 days after going on the market – far exceeding our expectations! The entire Sandersons team displayed a remarkable work ethic, working seamlessly together with dedication and professionalism. Special thanks to Chris Murphy, our main contact, who was always available with updates and advice, and to Lettie for capturing our home beautifully in photos and video. Heidi’s energy and enthusiasm as our sales representative was infectious – she truly Rocks! And we can’t forget Linda, Antonia, and Charlotte from the progression team, who were tenacious in ensuring everything went smoothly right to the end. We are incredibly grateful to the whole Sandersons team for their hard work. While we’re not planning to move anytime soon (!), when the time comes, we’ll definitely choose Sandersons again.
