The team have always kept us in the loop regarding the property, promptly dealt with any arising issues, and have guided us through every stage of the process. They have also been great at fielding questions and providing tailored advice.

Went on a flat viewing with him the other night and he was so attentive and answered all my stupid questions and I kept him so much longer than intended so sorry about that matthew!! He was a really genuine nice guy though and was the only real estate agent I’ve met so far who I came away from feeling like he was a nice guy who wanted to help me! Big 10/10 thank you Matthew!

2nd Sep 2024 (16 days ago)We have been renting a beautiful flat in Hotwells for the past year through Allen & Harris in Clifton, and I cannot recommend this team enough! From the very beginning, we worked with Bethan, who was incredible during our application and moving-in process. She truly bent over backwards to make our transition as smooth as possible. Bethan was super friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. She wasn’t pushy at all during the viewing, making us feel comfortable and not like we were being oversold. She also went above and beyond to help us navigate move-in challenges - she pushed our references forward and coordinated with all parties involved. Her dedication and support during this time helped ease the usual move-in stress massively! Riley has recently become our property manager, and I honestly can’t praise him enough! He has truly demonstrated that he puts his tenants' needs first and is willing to dedicate his time and energy to get things sorted for us as quickly as possible. He is kind, responsive, and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly. Whether it's a small maintenance request or a more complex problem, he handles everything with professionalism and a positive attitude - Consistently making us feel valued and heard. Overall, the team has made our experience as tenants stress-free and enjoyable, which is something we’re super grateful for!
14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)If you can avoid letting with these agents I’d advise doing that at all costs. Absolutely terrible communication, refusal to reply to emails and phone calls. Rude agents who will side with landlords over tenants, no matter the situation. Absolutely appalling treatment and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid if you can, especially if you are a young woman. They will hope you don’t know the law and take advantage of that. Avoid if you can :) - in response to your reply to this review, you did not respond to my emails, you were extremely rude to me on the phone, and you acted in the interests of a landlord that was trying his best to take advantage of me, you provided him with incorrect legal advice and point blank refused to explain yourselves. The evidence is all there so please, stop lying.

She was also very quick to let me know when I had the property and with organising deposit etc. Daniel then helped us with the actual move in and was super friendly and again, really helpful :))

Always available and genuinely seems to care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Northwoods to others, this is how it should be done! Thank you for helping us with our move!

The office always has a good vibe and they bore with the process with patience and joy. Sadie the mortgage advisor is a real delight to work with too! I felt like they treated me as an individual and listened to my concerns and problem solved with me. It was a great experience!

My agent Tom has been very helpful in guiding me through the sale of my flat, which is very much appreciated as it’s the first time I’ve done this! Tom has been really communicative the whole time and helped me get an offer on my flat after two weeks of it being on the market. Everything has gone very smoothly so far and I would highly recommend Tom and the team at Boardwalk.

Hollie was really supportive throughout and made communicating with the sellers super easy. Highly recommend working with Parks if you need an estate agent - they're the best!
25th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)What can I say , having my house on the market for nearly 9 months with another estate agents I changed to the property centre , within 2 days we had a viewing and an offer ( even managed another viewing a couple of days later ) ! Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????
15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Andy by chance whilst he was valuing a neighbours property in May 2024. I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents, Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week. During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required. We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC. I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.
13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Currently looking to buy in the Bristol area and although haven't yet purchased, we were interested in a property represented by Forrest Agent and we can honestly say that dealing with Chris has been, by far, our best agent experience to date. Very professional and efficient from booking viewings, right through to the actual viewing and all the communications in between. However this all comes with a personal touch from Chris, who actually has the answers to your questions regarding the property, and if he doesn't, finds them without delay. You get the impression Chris actually cares about the buyer as much as the seller whom he is representing - a part of the process that leads to a smooth transaction that many agents miss the point on. We can only hope that when we find the property we're looking for, it's one that Forrest Agent are representing.
