27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sarah, Adam and team have recently sold 2 houses for us, one was a nightmare tried exchanging over 4 days, then ended up exchanging and completing on one day, well done guys, highly recommended they talked me through everything and when the chain got complicated on one, Sarah explained it in a email that was easy to understand. You won’t go wrong with them, just don’t use the cheapest solicitor, our solicitor was excellent, others on the chain hmm.

Great friendly, informative and professional service and awesome communication. Which was really important to me. She helped secure the flat I desperately wanted and walked me through the process expertly and easily. The office is easy to find and central in Clevedon. They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

13th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.

His genuine honesty, regular updates and clear communication made a real difference during what could easily have been a stressful experience. Tom consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving and to make sure we were informed at every stage. That level of effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed, and it made the whole journey far easier for us. In the end, it was absolutely worth it, and a big part of that is down to Tom’s dedication and support throughout the process. I would happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
