We are first time buyers and Kathryn, Eira and Wendy were particularly helpful and kind during this process. Kathryn rang us in advance and made sure we had enough time to survey the house properly and both Eira and Wendy were friendly and no question was too silly. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get on the property ladder.

Emily showed us around the property, answered all questions we had and anything she was unsure of she said she would find out and get back to us - which she did! I have communicated with Emily through both email and via phone, communication has been easy, and she has always responded timely in a professional manner. I can absolutely recommend Emily (especially) and Robin King to any individuals looking for a new home- we have found our dream place through them and enjoyed the process considerably!

The floor plan was spot on and they exceeded our expectations on price within just a few days. We will definitely be using them again! All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
