24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Valuation was spot on with the final sale price. They worked with the buyer to bring them up to this, compared to first offer. Could have been more proactive in driving the completion, once offer had been accepted and searches completed on both sides. We had to push a little on this, but they managed the process well, when nudged.

29th May 2020 (4 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Some of the agents on the phone are extremely passive-aggressive and not helpful at all, they wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and would just jump straight in with their British passive-aggressiveness. I understand that in the UK it's apparently ok to act like that but I thought Cambridge is an international city...

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.
22nd Nov 2016 (7 years ago)The agent was pretty good with communication, they were friendly and professional. Unfortunately they didn't manage to get any viewings for my property at all. I transferred to an alternative agent after about 6 weeks
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)Matt and the team were and still are with after sales support the best Estate Agents I have ever used, and I do have experience from my know many since I worked for Mind and assisted many clients in selling. Communication skills are exemplary at this Agent as is speed of response to asked for changes or just the excellent regular updates. They work with excellent Conveyancers DezRez. A complete package which I heartily recommend to both Sellers and Buyers. 5 *
4th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)TERRIBLE Lacking in expertise, experience and professional manner. Poor communication and sloppy attention to detail. Any communication will be abundant in mistakes regarding property or correspondence. SIMPLY AVOID!

18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I’ve had to deal with in twenty years. Poor communication, zero feedback offered and absolute time wasters. They chase nothing and produce buyers who never come through. Agree it’s not their fault if a buyer pulls out, but the fact you have to chase it yourself through your own solicitors and find about a month later you have been ghosted doesn’t sit right. If they do contact you, they don’t have the courtesy to call, it’s usually a text message. My advice would be avoid.
2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

Always honest, fair and reasonable for both sides, prompt to respond and eager to push the transaction through without applying pressure. I couldn’t recommend Joseph highly enough and will 100% be using him when I come to sell my home .
