Contacted the landlord directly who claims that he hadn't heard a thing from Fenn Wright. Landlord rectified the problem next day. Fenn Wright take your money but fail to honour their contract or obligations

I understand that in the UK it's apparently ok to act like that but I thought Cambridge is an international city...

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend Keeleys Sales Team highly enough. Andrew and Matthew were very genuine, professional and knowledgable. They gave me some great advice when taking on the sale to maximise the property potential and they supported me greatly with works that were required. I was extremely pleased with the marketing which lead to lots of enquiries and then productive viewings. The knowledge of the local market proved invaluable, ensuring that a sale was agreed in good time with the right buyer - I had a choice! Once the sale was agreed the process has been straight forward with Keeleys working seamlessly with the buyer, Solicitors and myself to ensure I was fully informed throughout the process. I have rented properties with Keeleys for many years and have been very pleased with their professionalism and transparency. The Lettings team are a tough act to follow but I have to say the Sales Team match them. A very honest and professional team that I would wholeheartedly recommend to you.
