15th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Premier Estate: A Masterclass in False Advertising. Forget safety, it's a free-for-all! First, they take your money, then they let anyone take your stuff. It's a thief's paradise! Their "CCTV" is a joke, anyone can walk in and out like it's their home. Your stuff? Up for grabs. Anyone can walk in, steal your belongings, and you'd never know. Packages? Consider them gone the second they're delivered. It's absolute chaos. Report it missing? They won't lift a finger. They'd rather save a penny than spend an ounce on keeping their residents safe. The only thing "premier" about this place is its utter disregard for residents' safety. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that actually cares about its residents.

26th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)We found Mathews polite and efficient. They were spot-on with the valuation and cheaper than some of their competitors. They were also responsive to the client's wishes and advised without seeking to impose their own ideas or preferences regarding price and terms of sale.

24th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)How they have a 4.2 star rating is beyond belief. If I could give negative stars I would. I do not even know where to begin with this estate agent. We have had nothing but issue after issue with them, they are practically unresponsive, they do not respond to issues reported through their repairs portal, they do not respond to emails relating to issues reported through their repair portal and every time we speak to them it's like brand new information to them even though we have records and paper trails proving we have discussed these issues over and over. We had a full blown leak through the kitchen from the apartment upstairs and Leaders could not have cared less in the slightest. Water was dripping through our electrics and was reported through their correct channels and we didn't even get so much as a phone call. I went upstairs and spoke to the tenants upstairs to stop the leak and they got it repaired on their end but we were left with a damp stained kitchen which never got resolved. Upon other minor repairs which weren't addressed they have just been tedious to communicate with and sometimes it felt like we were talking to a brick wall. The best day of our lives came when our tenancy ended a couple of weeks ago and we were finally free from Leaders but somehow the nightmare didn't end there as now we are being chased by their credit company for rent payment when we aren't even tenants anymore. How can we owe rent when we literally handed the keys back to the Chester branch in person? It now looks like we are in rent arrears which is absurd and we don't know if it will affect our credit score when it isn't even our fault in the first place. Been told it's an error as it's been put through the system wrong (a Leaders classic) I doubt it was ever put through in the first place as I don't think anyone knows what they are doing or how to do their job. Will continue to chase until they sort this out as I do not trust them to be left to their own devices as nothing else was ever sorted. Do not touch this estate agents with a barge pole. Incompetent is not a strong enough word.

They quickly generated sufficient interest amongst prospective buyers and dealt with the viewings professional as I live outside of the area and kept me informed of any viewings

10th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

I was guided seamlessly through the process and was truly amazed (and also very grateful) for how easy she made the whole process for me. I completed in under 8 weeks, with Aimee taking all the hard work out of my hands. This made it totally stress free. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
12th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)I would like to thank the staff at Clive Watkin (Little Sutton)for their kind attention to the sale of our mums house. It was a hard decision to sell the property we grew up in, but sadly it was no longer required due to our mums need for 24 hour care in a nursing home. I would particularly like to thank Rea, Lewis ,and Kirsty for working so hard to get the sale through, and for their patience with me when I was under stress over it. Throughout the process I was informed promptly on all developments of the sale, my phone calls were always answered quickly, and I always felt that they were doing their best to successfully complete the sale. To all the team at Clive Watkin, I can’t thank you enough.

It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like . 13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Ella was also quick to make any changes in the selling proposition,for example either making amendments to the key messages on Rightmove or requesting property photos. Ella is a valuable asset to any property agent
