Applied for a parking space in my building on the first of august as the area around my building has very limited parking and with my limited mobility from my Cystic Fibrosis i was struggling to get to my Motability vehicle without excessive stress, Called and addresses that I was interested in the space I saw available online, I checked every couple of days to get an update, after a lack of communication from all staff including the Management Team and multiple emails and calls and being told to call back after 2:30 only to be ignored after every request I made. Leighton McMylor in particular seemed to take extra steps to ignore any and all attempts to find out more information on the application I wished to put a deposit on, I was told today that the spaces available had been signed by other tenants and was no longer available. Thank you Reeds rains for being no different than any other estate agents.

We found Lesley Hooks to be really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were up to date with any news they heard and vice versa. They've also been really helpful since we've moved in, replying to our follow-up emails quickly. Would definitely recommend them.
16th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.

27th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)The agent was motivated and had a lot of buyers on their books which made the sale quick. Downside was that evaluation happened with too much push, not allowing for it to be able to be marketed at its highest price. Also a lack of advise happened in this area. Overall I am satisfied as I realised quickly and instructed the agents to revalue, and was finally happy with the combination of price and quick sale.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

This has included negotiations, advice on the local area, communications with the vendor, chasing solicitors, and even sourcing local builders for quotes on renovation works! All with a personable and tailored approach. I wholeheartedly appreciate all of Emma's help in making our move special!
