From my initial interaction with Richard Smith, who took the time to show us the house without rushing us, to the negotiations with Jay Jones, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. The team’s responsiveness truly impressed me. Whether I had questions, needed additional information or wanted to schedule a revisit to the property, they were always quick to respond, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Jay excelled in facilitating communication between us and the seller, ensuring everyone in the chain was kept informed. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.

I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.

23rd Sep 2024 (16 days ago)Was kept up to date on everything. Allan Seager at Noble handled everything! He was patient, since we had to wait for Probate to come through. Wasn't hassled at all in the wait for probate. Gave advice on solicitors, who to get to do an EPC etc. Unbelievable demand after 1 day going "live". Did all the visits and met the potential buyers to the house and showed them around etc. I didn't have to do anything. Regularly updated on line using Nobles Home sale progress website along with the buyers progress. The eventual buyer upped their original bid by £15000 to secure. Really happy and the fees for selling and the solicitors were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Noble for selling a house the Dagenham district.
