They have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything has been handled correctly and that the resolution has been reached in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the very professional John Alexander staff in the future, having dealt with both Tiptree and Colchester offices. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

We were in a long chain which at times was very stressful but Andy and his team were very involved throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend using them.

Updated me on the entire application and handed me over to Michelle who then finalised the rental process. Michelle was just as good as Megan which made me feel comfortable with the whole procedure. I was updated all the time. Application was simple and straightforward,no hassels at all.Thank you to the entire team.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

The team were excellent, from the initial photos and listing and with clear and regular communications around viewings. The house was sold quickly (and for our full asking price) allowing us to progress promptly with our onward purchase. Particular thanks to Lauren and Lorraine who have been phenomenal throughout.

It was nice also to only have to deal with one person rather than having to leave messages with colleagues. She was always there for us and her positive attitude helped us through some sticky moments. Thank you Jade.

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day.
