They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. We have always found them very proffesional with all aspects of managing properties. Ben Wilde is the senior partner who makes sure his team of staff who have been with him for a long while offer a quick response to any problem that may occur whilst the property is being managed by them. They were beyond understanding and accommodating when things went wrong multiple times and didn't end up getting to view the place before moving in, but I really felt like their work ensured that I wasn't getting any less in terms of service. Thank you especially to Samantha who was so kind and waited for me to get my cat up to Colchester by train after my movers let me down twice. She is such a kind, lovely person to have been in contact with for this, and I wish her all the best!

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)When I was looking for a colourist to grade my short film ‘IF IT WERE DONE’ my good friend Jim Page (an excellent and award winning editor) recommended Rebecca Goodeve and the team at Author Colour, so I gave her a call. I wasn’t disappointed. Rebecca is very friendly and approachable and helped me through the process to get my film looking just the way I wanted it to look. Author Colour has fantastic facilities in their dedicated grading suite and Rebecca was happy to take the time to show me different options and experiment. She also helped me source last minute vfx work from the Author Colour team, to remove a reflection which we had previously missed on the film, at very short notice. IF IT WERE DONE was recently accepted into the prestigious Oscar accredited LA Shorts International Film Festival, and I feel sure that the excellent colour grade was no small contributing factor. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
