28th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I had a really great experience with Your Move while securing my rented flat, and I can’t thank the team enough — especially Eren and Alex. From the very beginning, there was a real sense of urgency due to my situation, and there were quite a few obstacles along the way. Despite this, Eren and Alex were incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, chased things up when needed, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. What really stood out was their determination to pull through despite the challenges. They didn’t give up when things became complicated, and they genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend Your Move — especially Eren and Alex — to anyone looking to rent a property.

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!

24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. 3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)I certainly had a number of issues selling my property.Dave and the team were brilliant in solving problems and moving the deal along. When the buyers' surveyor recommeded some structural work, Northwoods found a builder and made sure the work was done quickly and to a high standard. In the end we had a very good outcome, with all parties more than happy. I would highly recomend them for their support and expertise. They were also really impressive in dealing with both sets of solicitors. A very big thank you!

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
