The process took 6 months, and it was incredibly stressful with solicitors. Alison was always at hand, to listen and to offer support and advising us with her expertise to provide solutions. She also recommended us to use their broker, Lily who helped us to secure a brilliant mortgage deal. Overall, we could not be happier in our first home. 2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my house through move Revolution and Harvey was my main point of contact. I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.

18th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Foxtons offered market valuation for 10x flats. Dipan and his Team @ Foxtons Croydon Lettings achieved market valuation bang on despite current market fluctuations. Entire development was let within just three months. We received professional advise and Dipan guided negotiations to achieve best possible outcome for Landlord. Other agents tried to imitate and undercut - I ignored them. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!
3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've had a disappointing experience dealing with Arber, who is responsible for renting our property. He has consistently paid us late, despite repeated reminders and excuses. Even after we formally handed in our notice and requested that tenants pay us directly, he failed to follow through. Despite terminating our contract, he continued to manage our account and still paid us late. It makes me wonder how many other landlords he's treating this way. On the contrary, Charlie, whom I've dealt with in the past when selling my house, is professional and a pleasure to work with. It's unfortunate that Arber's unprofessionalism has tainted our experience. I wouldn't recommend renting with this company. Save your money and find a more reliable option.
25th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
