I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. It’s hard to find agencies that really care and I simply can’t recommend these guys enough!

Isabelle Greaves the associate in charge of the sale was so helpful and enthusiastic and guiding us through the whole process including co-ordinating with our solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops of Sevenoaks.

Dean Smith has been incredibly reliable and prompt in helping me while in a property. It's nice to know the letting agents are there to help wherever possible. I have also been dealing with Rachel during the process of changing flats. She is a lovely letting agent who is easy to speak to and very kind. She has made the process very easy and straightforward so thank you.
24th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)I have used Invicta estate agents for many many years . Firstly for letting my property out and finally for selling it. They are AMAZING. The Lettings team took on all the responsibilities and kept me informed of any thing that needed doing. They were also proactive in keeping all legal aspects up to date, for example gas boiler certificates , legionnaires disease report etc. When they sold the property for me , again the work that they did behind the scenes was exemplary. The communication skills that the whole team have, selling letting and Paul was just excellent. This took a lot of stress out of the processes. I can highly recommend them .

They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.

They really know their stuff and were very reliable and professional throughout. Had a much better experience of Edward Ashdale than other local estate agents so highly recommend using them!
