30th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rude. Incompetent. Lazy. Unreliable. Terrible property management. You have to contact them several times to get a response, and then they'll send a handyman out to take a picture and never return. The only part of managing a property you can trust them with is taking the rent - they don't expect to actually have to do any work for it.

1st Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

30th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)Been a tenant for 2 and a half year and our experience was very good. They have some fairly automated process to deal with maintenance and requests. My only suggestion would be to improve the leaving process as it is quite confusing since there are a few things that needs to be done and it was quite a stressing process that could have gone more smooth. One example of this is that they can arrange for contractors to clean the house at a better price and without me having to deal with all the hassle, sadly I learned about this when I was just about moving out so mentioning this as soon as possible and several times would be great. (part my fault I didnt ask further, but I was given the numbers so I though it was up to me)

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everyone came in to contact with at Bayzos was friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone who wanted to sell a property. She single handedly made our renting experience such a positive one. There was never an issue that went unresolved. Sandra was ALWAYS on hand to answer any of my stupid questions, night or day. She’s the most personable, funny, knowledgeable and kind hearted woman I’ve ever met. Every issue raised was sorted immediately and she kept us in the loop, always. Thank you for everything you ever did for us Sandra, from the bottom of our hearts. I will forever be grateful for all of the support you gave us. You’re the best! We will miss you dearly!
